More updates
I received an email from Mark Kirk this morning and he is more than willing to meet with us. I’m booked solid for the next two weeks so I’m thinking we’ll try to do something right after the first of the year.
I also talked to one of my union contacts tonight and I don’t think we are going to try that meeting until right after the first of the year either. Let me be very clear though. It is our intent to decerify SBPEA and bring in an international union in time to negotiate the next contract. Chicken man has got to go. We need professional representation. We cannot afford another contract like this last one.
Finally, I sent an email to Neil Derry regarding the corruption and fraud at TAD and asking for his help and an investgation by the Ethics Commission once it is formed. We will see if he is a man of his word.
